Refund Policy
At RevitaLuxe IV & Wellness, we take pride in providing exceptional service and personalized care. Because our treatments and services are tailored to each client and the results vary by individual, all sales of services, packages, and gift cards are final.
Services

We do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered. If you are unable to complete a prepaid package for medical reasons, we may issue a credit toward future services with proper documentation.
Retail Products

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Opened or used products are non-refundable.
Appointments & Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
